Please note, there will be NO on-site registrations or payments accepted at the Conference. All registrations must be made in advance.
Late Registration is defined by the date your electronic registration is received by COSD only, not by when the payment is received by COSD, if you do not use the credit card payment option.

Conference Rate: $169 plus 10% tax per night and $1 Tourism Tax for a total of $186.90 per night.

Conference Rate Availability: The Conference Rate of $169 is available for 10/24 through 10/29.

Accessible Rooms: There are 22 accessible rooms, of which 8 have roll-in showers. Please notify COSD, on the Conference Registration Page, that you will be requiring an accessible room or an accessible room with a roll-in shower and arrangements will be made for you, ensuring that you receive the room you requested.

Discounted on-site parking is $9, reduced from the customary $18.
