Growth of COSD has been exponential in more than 10 years through identifying individuals at higher education institutions and corporations with a commitment to the issue of career employment for college students and recent graduates with disabilities. Along with the commitment, it is important to have the resources and expertise that person brings with them.
Along with the continued growth of COSD, a number of exciting tools have been created to assist in the outreach to professionals in higher education, at employers and college students and recent graduates with disabilities. These include Career Gateway and FULL ACCESS. Further plans are to expand the offering of products and services to professionals.
