WHERE IS FULL ACCESS?

CHECK-IN PROCESS
Students will check into their rooms upon arrival at the hotel. Hotel check-in will take place at the front desk in the main hotel lobby. In order to check into the hotel, you will need to bring: (1) photo ID (2) a credit/debit card to cover any potential charges made during the duration of your stay. While at FULL ACCESS, all students will be assigned individual rooms.
After you have checked into the hotel, locate your room and drop off any luggage that you may have. If there are any concerns regarding your room, please let the COSD staff as soon as possible. Once you have found your room, proceed to FULL ACCESS registration on the Second Floor of the hotel.
FULL ACCESS REGISTRATION
Registration will take place between 11:00am – 12:00pm on the second floor of the hotel.
You will not need to bring anything for registration; however you may want to bring an extra copy of your resume for the resume evaluation process that coincides with registration. In addition, you may want to also bring note-taking materials for the day’s training sessions.
CHECKOUT PROCESS
You will need to check out at the front desk in the main lobby on the final day of FULL ACCESS. Bring your room key and credit/debit card. If there are any additional charges made to the room during the duration of your stay that are not covered by COSD (i.e. internet, phone calls, etc.), then you will be responsible for such charges.
