Disability Mentoring Day
Alan Muir, Executive Director of COSD, is available for presentations at corporate and university Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) events. Presentations are flexible to the needs of the audience to encourage employers to keep college students and recent graduates with disabilities in the forefront of corporate diversity recruiting plans. DMD is an excellent method of introducing disability to a company just getting started in recruiting of college students and recent graduates with disabilities or to help reinforce the value of recruiting this population for more experienced companies. At universities, COSD is available to assist in preparing students for their DMD experience.
