Employers are requested to nominate employees with disabilities, with the employee's full consent, to be featured on this site. If an employee has a unique or not so unique story as to, the method they used to conduct their job search, how they feel the corporate culture and themselves fit together and advice to college students with disabilities to assist them in their job searches. Ultimately, COSD will strive to set up a mentoring system within the site to allow for any featured employee with a disability to mentor a college student with a disability in the same field of study or with a similar type of disability to share experiences.
