Employers will be highlighted to show corporate initiatives and their corporate commitment to a fully diverse workforce that includes persons with disabilities. Some of these may fall in the category of “best practices”, specific initiatives or programs that focus effort on the recruitment, hiring, retention and promotion of persons with disabilities. These profiles will be viewed by all members and offered to students of member institutions to allow them to see companies that are attuned to the needs of employees with disabilities and helps them identify the most inclusive and understanding culture in regard to disability. These features will rotate as needed.
